The ruling finally came.  We are grateful to receive it.  Judge Nuffer told the state to place Jim’s name on the ballot.  We are elated at the news.

Thanks to all who supported us in this venture.  There were doubters.  Many of them.  But throughout our brief public existence of two and a half months we have shown they were wrong.  We need to continue to do that now.

It is one thing to be on the ballot.  It is another to win.  Now we need to work hard to get Jim elected and make our party the political assistance Utah sorely needs.
