Platform Feedback
This is your chance to give us feedback on our platform. We regularly review our platform, and we want to know what party members like about it, as well as any concerns or suggestions for improvement.
We are looking for input on our party platform ahead of our 2025 State Convention.

We will collect feedback until February 19. Our platform committee will then review your feedback and recommend updates to our platform. These updates will be voted on by party members at our State Convention on April 19.

Interested Candidates
The UUP relies on volunteers to fill critical leadership roles. According to our constitution, party delegates elect state officers every two years.
If you are interested in running for an officer position, please fill out this form:
The Party Chair serves as the chief executive of the organization, overseeing all party activities, setting the strategic vision, and ensuring the party’s success.
The Vice Chair supports the Chair and helps manage party operations. This role is vital for maintaining continuity and stepping in when the Chair is unavailable.
The Secretary is responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication within the party.
The Treasurer manages the party’s finances and ensures compliance with all financial regulations.
Each of these roles is essential to the party’s success and offers a great opportunity to shape the future of our movement. For a more detailed list of responsibilities, see the Interest Form.
Candidates for State Party Chair or State Party Vice-Chair must have prior service as one of the following:
- state party officer
- committee chair
- county officer
- legislative district chair
- former filed UUP candidate for public office
Candidates for State Party Treasurer or State Party Secretary must have prior service as one of the following:
- state party officer
- committee member
- legislative district chair
- county officer
- precinct chair
- former filed UUP candidate for public office
or submit a petition with signatures from 25 current party members.
