The annual convention is open to the public to observe.

Any voter who is registered as a member of the United Utah Party as of March 31, 2025 and reserves a convention seat and ballot by April 23, is qualified and may participate as a delegate at the annual convention.

Voting will take place at the beginning of the convention. The party will be voting on platform amendments, party officers, and the merger with the Utah Forward Party.

There will be a Zoom link for people to join the convention remotely. Members may also vote remotely, but must request the digital ballot.
