Eric Eliason -- An Optimistic Voice for Utah's Future

As a father of four -- ages 14 to 20 -- Eric approaches this campaign firmly invested in the future of Utah and the country.  He is optimistic we can leave a positive legacy for generations to follow.  

Eric was born in Logan and grew up in southern Idaho.  He worked on farms and ranches, where he learned the importance of hard work and family values.  He graduated from Brigham Young University with majors in finance and international relations.  He went on to obtain an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  

Eric has been on the management teams of several successful businesses in Davis and Cache Counties in the roles of president and COO.  He is an adjunct professor at the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University and a partner with jNivin, investing in and mentoring young companies.  

Creating opportunity through passion has been Eric's personal passion.  He currently serves on the Logan Schools Foundation Board and recently served on the board of the Mali Rising Foundation.  

At age 45, Eric is an avid backpacker, mountain biker, skier, and amateur photographer.  He also enjoys local arts and theater, as well as high school and college athletics.
